Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:5

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Amr, he said: ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz wrote to the commanders of the armies that the blood money (diyah) was, during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, one hundred camels.
