Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, al-Hasan, and al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, he said: There is no retaliation (qisas) between slaves and free people in matters other than life.
