Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa’id and Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, he said: The *ghurrah* (compensation for a fetus) is upon the *‘aqilah* (the paternal relatives of the perpetrator).
