Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yunus bin Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahid bin Ziyad narrated to us, from al-Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, ordained for the fetus a *ghurra* (a slave) upon the *aqila* (the paternal relatives) of the female killer, and he acquitted her husband and her children.
