Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Yazid ibn Abd Allah ibn Qusayt, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib: That Umar imposed the *ghurra* (compensation for a fetus) upon the people of the villages, and the *fara’id* (fixed shares of blood money) upon the people of the desert.
