Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, he said: The blood money (diyah) for the fetus is upon the one who caused it, from his wealth, and there is nothing upon his tribe.
