Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: There is no *qisas* (retaliation) for the *amma* (a head wound that reaches the membrane covering the brain), the *munqila* (a wound that displaces bone), or the *ja'ifa* (a wound that reaches the body cavity). Rather, for their intentional commission, there is blood money (*diya*) from the man's wealth.
