Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi, he said: I heard him say: If a man drives his animal in a gentle manner, then there is no liability upon him. And if he is harsh in driving it, and it causes injury, then he is liable.
