Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:6

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Aruba, from Qatada, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The blood money for accidental killing is one hundred camels. Whatever is added beyond that is from the affairs of the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era)."
