Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from al-Ash’ath, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who frightened another man, and his intellect departed: He said: "If ‘Umar had caught him, he would have held him liable for it."
