Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:629

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Husayn, from al-Sha'bi, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: Whoever removes a stone, or a pebble, or a water-spout, or adds to his courtyard that which is not his, then he is a guarantor.
