Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, who said: The owner of the riding animal is liable for what the animal strikes with its foreleg or its hind leg, until he dismounts from it.
