Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah and Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, attributing it to the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: "The injury caused by an animal is 'jabār' (non-liable), the well is 'jabār', and the mine is 'jabār'. And in the 'rikāz' (buried treasure), there is one-fifth."
