Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Awn narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The animal, its injury is *jabār* (uncompensated/liable for no blood money), and the mine, its injury is *jabār*, and the well, its injury is *jabār*. And in the buried treasure (*rikāz*), there is one-fifth.
