Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi, I heard him saying: The male child of a woman has more right to the inheritance of her freedmen (mawali) than her agnatic relatives ('asaba). And if there is a crime (requiring blood money), the payment of the blood money is upon her agnatic relatives.
