Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: Whatever wound is intentional and retaliation (qisas) cannot be carried out for it, then it is upon the one who inflicted the wound, from his own wealth, not his 'aqilah (male paternal relatives).
