Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, he said: I asked Hammad about the killing of error (accidental killing) and quasi-intentional killing. He said: "It is upon the wealth of the killer." And Al-Hakam said: "It is upon the 'Aqilah (the killer's paternal relatives)."
