Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:703

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ and Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Ibrahim, from al-Hasan, he said: If a free man kills a slave by mistake, he must free a neck (slave) and upon him is the blood money (diyah).
