Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Jabir, from Amir, who said: The Muslims agreed that the *aqilah* (the paternal relatives responsible for paying blood money) shall not pay blood money for a reconciliation, nor for an intentional killing, nor for a confession.
