Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, that he said regarding the young boy and the insane person: Their error and their intentional act are the same, [to be borne] by their *aqilah* (the paternal relatives responsible for paying blood money).
