Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Ayyub Abu al-Ala, from Qatadah and Abu Hashim, they both said: The blood money (diyah) is [to be paid] over three years; two-thirds of it and half of it [are to be paid] over two years, and one-third [is to be paid] over one year.
