Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Ma'qal, from 'Ata', who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A Muslim shall not be killed for a disbeliever, nor a person under a covenant while in his covenant."
