Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: Uthman was asked about a man who kills a Jew or a Christian. He said: A Muslim shall not be killed for a disbeliever, even if he killed him intentionally.
