Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim; and from Jabir, from al-Sha’bi, they both said: Retaliation (qisas) is between the man and the woman in cases of intentional injury, in everything.
