Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:802

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ibn Salim, from al-Sha’bi, who said: If a man strikes the belly of a pregnant woman and she miscarries a dead fetus, then there is [due] for it the *ghurra* (compensation) of a male slave or a female slave from his wealth. And if it was alive [when born, then died], then the full blood money (*diya*) is [due].
