Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Hasan, who said: There is no pardon for the husband or the wife regarding blood (retaliation for murder). If one of the heirs pardons, his pardon is valid, and it becomes blood money.
