Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi, from Umar, that he said: Every heir inherits from the blood money (diyah), as well as the husband and the wife, in cases of accidental killing and intentional killing.
