Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The blood money (diyah) is for the inheritance, and the liability (al-‘aql) is upon the agnates (al-‘asabah)."
