Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr and ‘Umar ibn Harun narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, regarding the physician who performs an incision and [the patient] dies: He said, "There is no blood money (diya) upon him."
