Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from Qays ibn Sa’d, from ‘Ata’, Sa’id ibn Jubayr, and Mujahid, that they said regarding the one who is killed in the Sacred Precinct (al-Haram): [There is] a blood money (diyah) and a third of a blood money. And one of them said—I think he said Sa’id ibn Jubayr—: "And the one who is killed in the Sacred Precinct [has] a blood money and a third of a blood money."
