Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, who said: The blood money (diyah) is increased in the sacred month, in the sacred territory (Haram), for the one in the state of ihram (muhrim), and for the neighbor.
