Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who strikes a man, and he remains bedridden (in a state of exhaustion/illness) until he dies. He said: "There is *qisas* (retaliation) in it."
