Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi, that he was asked about two ships that collided, and one of them sank. He said: "There is no liability upon the other. However, whichever man moors a ship on the path of the Muslims and it causes harm, then he is liable."
