Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad bin al-Awwam narrated to us, from a sheikh from the people of Basra, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Sa’id, that Abu Bakr and Umar said: "Whoever is killed by a prescribed punishment (hadd), then there is no blood money (diya) for him."
