Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Ziyad ibn 'Alaqah, from a man: That a man threw a large rock at a man and killed him, so the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) executed retaliation (qisas) against him.
