Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qa'qa', who said: I invited a group of people to my house, and they ate and drank, and they became intoxicated. They stood up to the knives in the house and fought one another, and some of them wounded others. They were four, and two died while two remained. Ali imposed the blood money upon all four of them, and he exacted retribution for the two wounded ones for the wounds they had sustained.
