Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’ and Ibn Abi Mulaykah, they both said: A man killed a man, and the killed person wounded the killer with wounds. The killer was killed [in retaliation], and the family of the killed person paid the blood money for the wounds of the killer.
