Hadith 10:100
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to see no harm in a man marrying a woman [after] he says: "The day I marry her, she is divorced."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر بن سليمان عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان لا يرى بأسا أن يتزوج التي يقول يوم أتزوجها فهي طالق
