Hadith 10:1009
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: If she is divorced while she is in a state of postpartum bleeding (nifas), her postpartum bleeding does not count as part of her waiting period (‘iddah).
