Hadith 10:102
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin Numayr narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik bin Abi Sulayman, from Sa'id bin Jubayr, regarding a man who says: "On the day I marry so-and-so, she is divorced." He said: "It is nothing. Divorce is only after the marriage contract."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الله بن نمير عن عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان عن سعيد بن جبير في الرجل يقول يوم أتزوج فلانة فهي طالق قال ليس بشيء إنما الطلاق بعد النكاح
