Hadith 10:1022
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Matar, from Raja’ ibn Haywah, from Qabisah, from ‘Amr ibn al-‘As, that he said: Do not confuse for us the Sunnah of our Prophet. Its waiting period is the waiting period of the woman whose husband has died.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن مطر عن رجاء بن حيوة عن قبيصة عن عمرو بن العاص أنه قال لا تلبسوا علينا سنة نبينا عدتها عدة المتوفى عنها زوجها
