Hadith 10:1025
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Humayd, from al-Hasan and Sa‘id ibn Jubayr: That they both said: The *umm al-walad* (a slave woman who has borne a child to her master), if her master dies, [her waiting period is] four months and ten [days].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن حميد عن الحسن وسعيد بن جبير أنهما قالا أم الولد إذا توفي عنها سيدها أربعة أشهر وعشرا
