Hadith 10:1027
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, he said: The waiting period (‘iddah) of the umm al-walad (a slave woman who has borne a child for her master) is four months and ten days.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن هشام عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب قال عدة أم الولد أربعة أشهر وعشرا
