Hadith 10:1043
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, that he used to say: "Her waiting period is one menstrual cycle if he emancipates her or dies while married to her."
