Hadith 10:1044
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from al-Hasan, from Ali: The waiting period ('iddah) of the slave woman is two menstrual cycles. If she does not menstruate, then it is a month and a half.
