Hadith 10:105
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, he said: Ibn Rifa'ah al-Ansari informed me that it was mentioned to Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib that a man from the Ansar was told, "It has been mentioned to us that you are proposing to so-and-so," a woman they named. The Ansari said, "She is divorced if I marry her." 'Abdullah claimed that he asked Sa'id, and he said, "As for me, I do not consider it to be anything." Yahya said: And it reached me that 'Urwah used to say regarding that the same as the saying of Sa'id.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا الثقفي عن يحيى بن سعيد قال أخبرني بن رفاعة الأنصاري أنه ذكر لسعيد بن المسيب أن رجلا من الأنصار قيل له ذكر لنا أنك تخطب فلانة امرأة سموها فقال الأنصاري هي طالق إن تزوجتها فزعم عبد الله أنه سأل سعيد فقال أما أنا فلا أراه شيئا قال يحيى وبلغني أن عروة كان يقول في ذلك مثل قول سعيد
