Hadith 10:1056
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, regarding the slave woman who is had intercourse with: If she is sold, or gifted, or emancipated, then she must be cleared [of pregnancy] by one menstrual cycle.
