Hadith 10:1062
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he divorces her with one divorce, and her emancipation reaches her before her waiting period expires, she observes the waiting period of a free woman. And if he divorces her with two divorces, and her emancipation reaches her, she observes the waiting period of a slave woman, because she has become separated from him. And the woman whose husband has died is the same.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إذا طلقت تطليقة ثم أدركها عتاقه قبل أن تنقضي عدتها اعتدت عدة الحرة وإذا طلقت تطليقتين ثم أدركها عتاقه اعتدت عدة الأمة لما بانت منه والمتوفى عنها زوجها كذلك
