Hadith 10:1063
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he said: If a man divorces his wife while she is a slave girl with one divorce, then she is emancipated during the waiting period, her waiting period is the waiting period of a free woman. And if he divorces her with two divorces, then she is emancipated, he said: He shall not marry her until she marries a husband other than him, and her waiting period is the waiting period of a slave girl.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه قال إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي أمة تطليقة ثم أعتقت في العدة فعدتها عدة حرة وإذا طلقها تطليقتين ثم أعتقت قال لا يتزوجها حتى تتزوج زوجا غيره وعدتها عدة الأمة
