Hadith 10:1066
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid narrated to us, from 'Amir, who said: If a slave woman is divorced twice, then she is emancipated at that time, her waiting period is the waiting period of a slave woman. And if she is divorced once, then she is emancipated at that time, her waiting period is the waiting period of a free woman.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الله بن نمير قال نا إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن عامر قال إذا طلقت الأمة تطليقتين ثم أعتقت عند ذلك فعدتها عدة الأمة وإذا طلقت واحدة ثم أعتقت عند ذلك فعدتها عدة الحرة
